WBS cost overview with annual values, subtotals, and additional cost blocks.

The Project WBS Structure Excel template supports the structured recording of project costs by main construction group, WBS number, and year. Preliminary costs and multi-year values are shown together with subtotals and totals.

Additional sections for owner's cost, contingency, and escalation provide a compact cost overview within the same structure.

Included sections:
• Project title, project number, revision, and change date
• Start, planned finish, and net working days
• Main group or WBS, WBS number, and preliminary costs
• Multi-year cost entry in separate annual columns
• Subtotals excluding and including preliminary costs
• Owner's cost
• Contingency, escalation, and total

The template is suitable for initial cost structures, internal budget overviews, and basic multi-year project cost presentations. It is not a complete cost-control system.

Installation

Download the template.
Open the Excel file.
Enable macros if required.
Enter your license key (if applicable).
Start using the template immediately.
