SK-OneVote

Digital voting and formally documented resolutions with clear result documentation

SK-OneVote is a specialized platform for conducting digital voting and resolution processes in organizations, projects and committees.

The focus is on structured workflows, transparent evaluation and consistent documentation of all votes and decisions – not user accounts, installations or technical barriers.

In addition to freely structured resolutions, you can upload your own governance documents as PDF files and use them directly as the voting basis – for example gate reviews, project charters, project motions, approval documents or internal company templates. This document-based workflow uses a clear yes/no decision.

Usage is deliberately simple: one structured decision process with one or multiple resolutions – no subscriptions, no recurring fees, no user administration.

SK-OneVote is suitable wherever decisions need to be prepared, conducted and documented in a traceable way – from project approvals to board resolutions and shareholder votes.

What SK-OneVote provides

SK-OneVote maps a fully structured voting and resolution process – from inviting eligible voters to vote submission and automatic evaluation.
Alternatively, upload your own governance PDF, review it in the preview and provide that exact document as the binding basis for a yes/no vote.
Instead of email loops or manual Excel lists, you get consistent and transparent decision documentation in which every vote is recorded in a traceable way.
The result is fully documented and can be shared with management, shareholders, advisory boards or project stakeholders.
SK-OneVote does not replace discussion – it ensures that decisions are recorded in an orderly, reviewable and traceable manner.

Simple. Structured. Traceable.

Use SK-OneVote whenever a formal vote or decision is required – without a subscription and without recurring costs.

1

One-time booking

You pay for exactly one vote – all packages include the full functional scope. Pricing is based solely on the number of eligible voters.

2

Define voting process

Create a freely structured resolution with voting type, options, quorums and majorities, or upload your own governance PDF. The document is shown before release and then becomes the basis for a clear yes/no vote.

3

Evaluation & resolution

After completion, the result is automatically evaluated and stored as a clearly documented resolution.

4

Digital confirmation

The resolution can optionally be digitally confirmed via SK-OneSign – without additional costs and without separate registration.

This allows decisions to be documented and shared in a traceable way.

Voting without room for interpretation

SK-OneVote ensures that every vote, every evaluation and every adopted resolution is clearly defined, time-fixed and technically documented in a traceable way.

Every vote in SK-OneVote is transferred into a clearly defined voting state. This state forms a self-contained data unit and contains all relevant parameters: eligible voters, vote weightings, quorums, voting rules, options and submitted votes.

This creates a technically consistent state for every vote that cannot later be changed by interpretation or manual evaluation.

After completion of the vote, the result is assigned a fixed timestamp and stored as a resolution. It can be reconstructed at any time when a decision was made and on which data basis it was based.

This prevents resolutions from being shifted, overwritten or backdated later.

The full resolution dataset – including votes, weightings, quorums and result – is assigned a cryptographic hash value. This fingerprint describes the exact content of the resolution.

Any later change would result in a different hash and would be technically detectable immediately.

The complete flow of a vote – invitation, participation, vote submission, quorum fulfillment and result determination – is recorded as an event chain.

This makes the decision path reconstructable step by step at any time.

Organizations can provide their own governance documents as PDF files – for example gate reviews, project charters, project motions, approval records or internal decision templates. The uploaded document is presented in a preview before voting and is used unchanged as the decision basis for that process.

For this workflow, invited participants vote clearly yes or no on the submitted document. SK-OneVote then documents the PDF, voting process, votes, quorums and final result in a traceable resolution record.

Voting and resolution data is retained only for the intended period and then automatically removed.

This keeps only the data required for evaluation, handover and traceability without unnecessary long-term storage.
